Construction with impacts to traffic with flagging operations will begin approximately October 16, 2023, at the intersection of York Street and Cornwall Road. The project consists of the realignment of Wilhelm Avenue to provide a new signalized intersection at York Street. Improvements will involve sidewalk connectivity, ADA compliant curb ramps, bike lane accommodations, drainage improvements, lighting, and other miscellaneous construction. This project will be ongoing through September 2024.
