After careful consideration of a Sewer User Rate Study completed by ACT One & Associates in January, 2025, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution # 2025-08- Sewer Rate Increase on March 4, 2025. R2025-08 adjusts both customer meter fees and consumption fees. These changes are effective April 1, 2025. You will see these rates reflected in your next City of Lebanon Authority (CoLA) water/sewer bill.
How does that effect you?
The average homeowner typically has a 5/8″ meter. Your current quarterly rates from the Township are: Meter Fee ($5.43) + Consumption Fee ($1.00 per 1,000 gallons) = $5.43 + $15.00 = $20.43 for 15,000 gallons of wastewater
After April 1, 2025, The new average homeowner rates will be: Meter Fee ($6.50) + Consumption Fee ($1.05 per 1,000 gallons) = $6.50 + $15.75 = $22.25 for 15,000 gallons of wastewater
