Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid program by North Cornwall Township, Lebanon County, for the Lebanon Valley Motorcycle Club (LVMC) Site Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. prevailing time on Monday, May 5, 2025 at which time the bids will be opened, with the bid results posted on PennBid shortly thereafter.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a bank cashier’s check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total.

The project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of trees and brush, the removal, replacement and placement of new pavement, seal coating of existing pavement to remain, the relocation of an existing shed structure, the construction of a retaining wall with aluminum fencing, the construction of a concrete sidewalk and curb, the addition of an access gate, installation of PVC drainage pipes, pavement markings, and all other associated work as more fully described in the Construction Drawings.

Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the project.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the North Cornwall Township Municipal Building.

North Cornwall Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
