PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING
The North Cornwall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., in the North Cornwall Township Municipal Building, 330 South 18th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042 to consider the following:
Case Number 24-04-ZHB: An appeal request for Special Exception Use from Section 404 of the Zoning Ordinance for a topsoil screening operation and a variance of provisions in Sections 404.25E and 404.25G of the Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 220 Snitz Road, Lebanon, PA, 17042, within the Agricultural Zone (A), filed by Wayne Nolt, on behalf of Nolts Garden Center, 220 Snitz Road, Lebanon, PA 17042.
Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the Zoning Hearing Board, and which are appropriate for consideration at the public meeting.
