The North Cornwall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m., in the North Cornwall Township Municipal Building, 320 South 18^th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042, to consider the following:

Case Number 22-2-ZHB. An appeal request for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 1635 Colebrook Road, Lebanon, PA. 17042, filed by Matthew and Katie Robertson, 1635 Colebrook Road, Lebanon PA 17042: To request a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, Article 2: Section 200.C.13.A (Table 2.1) to reduce the minimum required lot area of the North Cornwall Township Zoning Ordinance within the Agricultural Zone.

Any matters of general business and to deliberate upon any such matters which are pending before the Zoning Hearing Board, and which are appropriate for consideration at the public meeting.
