NOTE THESE IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE PENNSYLVANIA FIREWORKS LAW

A person may not intentionally ignite or discharge:

- Fireworks on public or private property without the express permission of the owner.

- Fireworks or sparkling devices while the person is under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance or another drug.

- Fireworks within 150 feet of an occupied structure. An occupied structure is, "a structure, vehicle or place adapted for overnight accommodation of a person or for conducting business whether or not a permit is actually present.
